JPG Holdings is in the process to take over the the majority shares in the following companies and the 11 companies are; Aticland Sdn Bhd Delima Impian Development Sdn Bhd Intra Karisma Sdn Bhd Intra Karisma Konsortium Sdn Bhd Karisma Housing Development Sdn Bhd Kejora Indah Ventures Sdn Bhd Padu Asli Development Sdn Bhd Prowealth Marketing Agency, and Teratai Seroja Corporation Sdn Bhd Kamara Land Sdn Bhd Dahria Corporation Sdn Bhd Visionary leadership, perceptive and transparent corporate policies, and synergetic teamwork have contributed to the Group into becoming what it is today. JPG Group is an investment operations arm with core business in property development, property investment, construction, building material, trading and in near future, manufacturing of IBS products. The Group’s flagship development are the 180 units Condominium in Taman Melati, Gombak and 150 units Apartment in Meru, Klang. The group is also exercising its duty to public by taking over 18 abandoned projects in Selangor. Underlying this worth corporate endeavor is the Group’s philosophy of ‘business for people’-giving back to the community it serves through its uniqueness: the easy payment scheme as alternative t0 bank loan offered to its purchasers.
